Chicken Maker — Privacy Policy & Data Deletion

Chicken Maker ("the app") is a children's game published by EinsWare Inc. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players, including children, and to collecting the minimum data needed to run the game. The app does not show ads and does not use the Advertising ID.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos or videos (photos you decorate stay on your device and are never uploaded), messages, the Advertising ID, health data, or biometric data.
2. How we use data
Only to operate the game: saving progress, delivering purchases, keeping accounts secure, and preventing abuse. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
3. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Sign-in is anonymous; the app does not require a name, password, or social login.
4. Children's privacy
Chicken Maker is designed for children and complies with Google Play Families policy and applicable children's privacy laws (e.g., COPPA). The app shows no ads, uses no Advertising ID, and only collects a parent/guardian email if a parent chooses to provide one for account recovery.
5. How to request data deletion
You (or a parent/guardian) can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Email privacy@einsware.com with the subject "Data deletion request". If you know it, include the in-game player ID (Settings → About) to help us locate your data.
We will delete your personal data and game records within 30 days of the request and confirm by email.

치킨메이커('앱')는 EinsWare Inc.가 서비스하는 아동용 게임입니다. 아동을 포함한 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며 게임 운영에 필요한 최소한의 데이터만 수집합니다. 본 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않으며 광고 ID를 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터 이용
게임 운영 목적으로만 사용합니다(진행 저장, 구매 지급, 계정 보안, 부정행위 방지). 광고 등 어떤 목적으로도 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않습니다.
3. 보안
모든 데이터는 전송 중 암호화(TLS/HTTPS)됩니다. 로그인은 익명이며 이름·비밀번호·소셜 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.
4. 아동 개인정보 보호
치킨메이커는 아동 대상 앱으로 Google Play 가족 정책 및 관련 아동 개인정보 보호법을 준수합니다. 광고 없음, 광고 ID 미사용이며, 보호자가 계정 복구를 위해 직접 제공하는 경우에만 보호자 이메일을 수집합니다.
5. 데이터 삭제 요청 방법
이용자(또는 보호자)는 언제든지 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
privacy@einsware.com 로 제목 "데이터 삭제 요청"과 함께 메일을 보내주세요. 가능하면 인게임 플레이어 ID(설정 → 정보)를 포함해 주시면 확인이 빠릅니다.
요청일로부터 30일 이내에 개인정보와 게임 기록을 삭제하고 이메일로 확인해 드립니다.
